Kandidát je Scrum master s 2,5 ročnou praxou. Predtým však pracoval 5 rokov ako tester. Je zodpovedný za vedenie a organizáciu ceremónií, odblokovanie prekážok. Okrem toho pracuje ako koordinátor tímu. Tím má od 5 do 9 členov. Denne komunikuje v angličtine. Okrem toho by mal celkom dobre ovládať ruštinu. Predtým absolvoval kurz a doma sa naučil aj čínsky.
