Agile Coach & Scrum Master

Kandidát je Scrum Master s viac ako 10 rokmi skúseností. Predtým pracoval ako projektový manažér. V súčasnosti pracuje na migrácii informačnej platformy na WSO2. V súčasnosti majú ceremónie so spoločnosťou Accenture. V tíme pracuje približne 25 ľudí. Má dlhoročné skúsenosti v oblasti telco. Pozná a pracoval nielen v agile, ale aj vo Waterfall. Jeho práca spočíva v tom, že učí ľudí správnym návykom a dodávať veci načas. Nemá problém robiť čistý scrum, alebo dokonca kompromis. Má skúsenosti s riadením zmien a prenájmov a s riešením konfliktov medzi projektmi. Chápe dôležitosť overovania dostupnosti zdrojov a ich požičiavania na projekty. Komunikácia v angličtine mu nerobí problém.
