Kandidát má 7 rokov skúseností ako vývojár v systéme pega. V súčasnosti pracuje ako hlavný systémový architekt, ktorý je zodpovedný za vedenie tímu vývojárov pega. Je zodpovedný za projekt aplikácie Loan, v rámci ktorého vykonáva nasadenie do produkcie, navrhuje riešenia, kontroluje kód atď. Vedie tím maximálne 12 ľudí. Okrem toho je zvyknutý pracovať v agilnom prostredí pomocou metódy Scrum. Okrem toho sa učí holandský jazyk.
