Kandidát je QA inžinier so 6 rokmi skúseností, 5 rokov sa venuje automatizačnému testovaniu. Jeho hlavný stack je Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Maven, Serenity, Docker, Azure. Pracuje na automatizácii testovacích prípadov a používateľského rozhrania. Má skúsenosti aj s testovaním API. Stack, ktorý sa v súčasnosti učí a o ktorý má záujem, je JS, Node, Mocha, Cypress. Hovorí plynule anglicky a chorvátsky. Po krátkej praxi by mohol hovoriť aj po španielsky. Pracuje s agilnými metodikami, najmä Scrumom. V minulosti učil a viedol mladších kolegov, hlavne študentov, ktorí mu pomáhali na projektoch. Nikdy však neviedol viac ako 2 ľudí.
