Uchádzač je skúsený manažér, ktorý pracuje v oblasti správy údajov približne 12 rokov. Mal možnosť pracovať na rôznych pozíciách, v súčasnosti vedie a koordinuje celé oddelenie správcov údajov, dohliada na celý projekt od dátových objektov, podmienok až po reporting. Z technologického hľadiska má skúsenosti so systémami ERP, ako sú SAP, Oracle alebo Epicor. V jeho tíme je v súčasnosti 40 ľudí. Ovláda anglický a španielsky jazyk na výbornej úrovni.

Head of Enterprise Data Management (April 2018): Led the Enterprise Data Management department. Developed teams and individuals, planned activities, and provided coaching to drive team success. Implemented strategies based on business needs and company setup. Reported and planned for human resources, finance, and KPIs. Achievements include reducing attrition, increasing people development, establishing new roles, and implementing HR analytics.

Data Manager (March 2017 - March 2018): Led and coordinated cross-functional teams and E2E streams for master data discussions. Utilized finance background, process knowledge, and master data knowledge to lead teams, solve problems, and lead projects. Responsible for data management in SAP FI, AP/AR. Also served as a digitization agent for EDM and rollout manager.

Rollout Expert - Guide (May 2014 - February 2017): Involved in the Group-wide ERP integration project, specifically the sub-project EDM. Participated in requirement analysis, functional design, and change request processes. Provided content-related steering to IT service providers during implementation, testing, migration, and get well phases. Coordinated meetings with subsidiaries and service providers. Proposed cross-group optimizations for ERP-based master data processes.

Program Coordinator (August 2010 - March 2014): Coordinated the deployment and implementation of defined Supply Chain Management (SCM) programs and tools in collaboration with the regional Supply Chain Management team. Supported the regional field organization in deployment, communication, implementation, and management of SCM programs and tools. Provided trainings and measurement/reporting for management. Also served as a transition manager for ERP process deployments and EMEA transitions.
