Skúsený senior delivery manager, ktorý na tejto pozícii pracuje od roku 2012. V predchádzajúcom projekte mal na starosti reporting a analýzu výkonnosti poskytovateľov, zlepšovanie procesov, odstraňovanie chýb, pripájanie zákazníkov do siete mimo USA a riešenie horúcich káuz, zároveň bol aj vzťahovým manažérom, kde dodával výsledky, dohliadal, či sa všetko plní podľa zmluvy, hľadal možnosti lepšej spolupráce a riešil veci priamo s dodávateľom. Nemá problém s angličtinou, keďže v minulosti spolupracoval aj s medzinárodnými korporáciami. Hoci neovláda nemčinu, má skúsenosti aj s nemeckými dodávateľmi, s ktorými sa vždy dokázal dohodnúť.
