Kandidát pracuje ako Product Owner od roku 2019. Má na starosti správu backlogu, financie a plánovanie nasadenia. Keďže majú veľké systémy, pracujú najmä s Kanbanom. Majú však aj denné stand-upy, šprinty, ceremónie, plánovacie a priebežné zlepšovacie stretnutia. Robia tiež zmeny produktov a procesov. Zakladajú si na dokumentácii, kde majú metodický spôsob opisu stratégie spoločnosti. Je tiež súčasťou štvrťročných touch downs, kde riešia, čo sa urobilo/neudelalo, čo dodalo. Chcela by začať pracovať v inej oblasti ako v bankovníctve, keďže v ňom pôsobí už dlho.
