Na začiatku svojej kariéry začínal ako projektový manažér, až sa v priebehu rokov vypracoval na manažéra dodávky služieb. Na svojej predchádzajúcej pozícii mal na starosti zabezpečenie prevádzky projektovým manažérom, kontakt s klientmi, budovanie nových projektov, cenotvorbu, reporting a prevádzku. Veľmi dobre ovláda anglický jazyk, počas celej svojej kariéry komunikoval v angličtine. S nemčinou je to trochu horšie, vie komunikovať v nemčine, ale nevie v nej písať.
