Kandidát má magisterský titul z teoretickej fyziky na Sliezskej univerzite v Opave a bakalársky titul z astrofyziky. Hovorí plynule česky a anglicky a ovláda prácu s počítačom v rôznych programovacích jazykoch a technológiách. Kandidát absolvoval školenia Agile Fundamentals, Pragmatic Marketing a Crucial Conversation. Je držiteľom vodičského preukazu (skupina B).
