Kandidát je skúsený projektový manažér, ktorý pracuje v kombinovanej funkcii projektového manažéra v komerčnej praxi už viac ako 15 rokov. Zastrešuje plánovanie, iniciovanie projektov, zadávanie úloh, vykonáva aj prácu analytika - analýzy a dokumentáciu, návrh používaných analytických postupov, venuje sa aj vývoju GUI a vývoju v JavaScripte + manuálnemu a poloautomatickému testovaniu - písanie testovacích skriptov, regresných testov a skriptovanému testovaniu, kde využíva nástroj na volanie metód. Anglicky vie komunikovať len písomne, keďže vždy pracoval pre slovenských zákazníkov a Ministerstvo vnútra SR. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum a Kanban. Má veľkú motiváciu zmeniť prácu, a preto chce začať na polovičný úväzok, aby zistil, či si sadne so zákazníkom, môže napríklad začať testovať, robiť analytickú prácu alebo rovno úlohy projektového manažéra. Je to senior, nie človek, ktorý si chce len niečo vyskúšať, dokáže pokryť všetky pridelené úlohy.
