Uchádzač pracuje ako architekt 6 rokov. V oblasti IT však pracuje už viac ako 15 rokov. Na svojej súčasnej pozícii sa zaoberá rôznymi projektmi, ako je napríklad pridávanie funkcií do systému a procesov. V spoločnosti majú približne 800 informačných systémov, ktoré sú navzájom integrované. Uskutočnil približne 20 projektov, všetky okrem 8 boli dodané. Jeho oddelenie má 8 členov - 4 juniorov a 4 seniorov. Robia aj podnikovú architektúru z pohľadu IT. Vytvárajú nové stratégie a plány, riešia veci s vrcholovým manažmentom, zavádzajú nové technológie, vytvárajú kompetenčný model aplikácií. Okrem toho má na starosti aj B2B komunikáciu s Cetinom v iných krajinách, ale aj so spoločnosťami ako O2, Vodafone. Nemá problém s technickou dokumentáciou a porozumením v angličtine, ovláda aj tento jazyk, ale nie je to niečo, čo by vyhľadával sám.

As a Senior Enterprise & Solution Architect, I am an IT expert with a focus on architecture, leading small but efficient teams, implementing automated processes, and systemization. My greatest strength is the ability to quickly understand new problems and find efficient solutions thanks to my broad knowledge and experience with various IT technologies.

In my current role at CETIN, I have been involved in the adoption of K8S RH OCP/OKD platform, preparation of RFI/RFP for a new Network Inventory system, adoption of Neo4J graph DB for network impact analysis, adoption of Kafka integration platform for messaging, and the creation of an application competency model and strategy for system development in different application domains within the Enterprise IT Architecture Blueprint.

In my previous role as an IT Solution Architect, I implemented a new system for Service Assurance and Change Management Network processes based on microservices architecture, optimized the B2B process for One Stop Shopping, automated routine tasks for network monitoring center, and implemented a system for planning optical infrastructure construction.

As an IT Analyst, I collaborated on the project of dividing Telefonica O2 into O2 and CETIN, collected business requirements, and conducted impact IT analysis.

In my previous roles, I provided expert consultancy for the design of user interfaces for web, mobile, desktop, and cloud applications, participated in the design of backend environments for web applications, e-shops, and intranet portals, and designed architecture and implemented data distribution for advanced internet applications.

I also achieved cost reduction, implemented ICT architecture, managed international business affairs, and ensured the operation of information technologies in a 24/7 mode.

In my role as a Transformation Manager, I centralized and co-created an internal environment for an internal cloud, transitioned end stations to the Windows platform and domain management AD/LDAP, and implemented budgeting processes for the IT department.

I also managed the distribution of software updates for the entire company, centralized and virtualized production and editorial systems, and established a data center with Dell Blade, EMC, Brocade, APC technologies.

I implemented Microsoft Exchange and printing management system SafeQ for Konica Minolta devices.
