Kandidát pracuje v systéme Pega už 11 rokov. V súčasnosti zastáva úlohu vedúceho systémového architekta a podieľal sa na všetkých technických návrhoch a implementácii, navrhovaní údajov, podpore vývoja. Projekt, na ktorom pracuje, je aplikácia na financovanie nehnuteľností, ktorá umožňuje zákazníkom získať pôžičku. Vytvára rozhrania API, vykonáva revízie kódu, reportovanie údajov atď. Okrem toho je zodpovedný aj za koordináciu s off-shore tímami, ako aj za vedenie a mentoring interných tímov. Je zvyknutý pracovať v agilnom prostredí s využitím metódy Scrum. Hovorí plynule anglicky.
