Kandidát je skúsený senior vývojár, ktorý má viac ako 15 rokov skúseností. Pracuje najmä s PHP a na FE React+Redux. V minulosti pracoval aj s DevOps a tiež testoval v PHPUnit, Selenium, Mink, Behat. Na svojom aktuálnom projekte je zodpovedný za prieskum a "reverzné inžinierstvo" existujúceho webu, technické riešenia a ich implementáciu, komunikáciu, vedenie tímu 5 ľudí, kde zadáva úlohy, revízie kódu. Pracuje na migrácii obsahu, konfigurácii webu, má na starosti aj architektúru a vývoj vlastných funkcií. Zaujíma ho pozícia Team Leader, ale nebráni sa ani pozíciám vývojára. Ovláda anglický jazyk, keďže na všetkých predchádzajúcich projektoch pracoval prevažne so zahraničným tímom. Má skúsenosti aj s agilnými metodikami.
