Kandidát je v súčasnosti seniorný softvérový vývojár s 10 rokmi skúseností v jazyku Python. Pracoval na aplikácii Identity and Access Management, ktorá súvisí s bezpečnosťou pri prihlasovaní a prístupe k údajom. Táto platforma umožňuje používateľom priradiť určité oprávnenia a na základe toho môže používateľ získať rôzne informácie. Používal Python, Django, JavaScript a Linux. Spoločnosť sa rozhodla projekt zastaviť, takže v súčasnosti pracuje s Javou. Okrem toho je zvyknutý pracovať v agilnom prostredí pomocou Scrum a Kanban. V rámci jeho seniorskej pozície je jeho povinnosťou pomáhať a učiť mladších kolegov. Hovorí plynule anglicky a bežne holandsky (nie na pracovnej úrovni).
