Manual Tester & Test Analyst

Skúsený manuálny tester s viac ako 4-ročnou praxou. Na svojom poslednom projekte sa podieľal na manuálnom testovaní mobilných a webových aplikácií, kde zaznamenával a overoval chyby, predvídal potenciálne problémy a testoval v rámci požiadaviek. Uprednostňuje dlhodobú spoluprácu. V minulosti viedol malý tím a v budúcnosti by sa rád stal vedúcim tímu. Čo sa týka jazykových znalostí, vie ponúknuť angličtinu na pokročilej úrovni.

Tester/Helpdesk/BO (2018 - 2022):

• Prepared for testing by discussing potential issues with project leaders and identifying possible complications.
• Developed and executed test scenarios, highlighting critical errors, providing recommendations, and monitoring bug development.
• Interacted with clients, developers, and third parties to address challenges arising from inexperience, lack of knowledge, or other perspectives.
• Communicated with colleagues and newcomers in the testing field, offering support and guidance.
• Generated reports and feedback to improve the quality of the product.

Support (2017 - 2018):

• Assisted government officials in troubleshooting and testing programs aimed at enhancing organizational performance.
• Engaged in effective communication with individuals while adhering to regulations and maintaining databases.
• Managed essential materials and performed minor hardware repairs and maintenance.
• Gained insight into the challenges faced by public administration.
