Uchádzač pracoval na viacerých pozíciách v sektore IT. Prešiel od vývojára, IT konzultanta, projektového manažéra až po architekta. Má trojročnú komerčnú prax ako architekt. Na súčasnom projekte je zodpovedný za návrh technických riešení a realizáciu projektov v digitálnom oddelení, skúmanie a riešenie prevádzkových/výkonnostných/bezpečnostných problémov v digitálnom bankovníctve, zabezpečenie súladu riešení so štandardmi RB so zameraním na bezpečnosť a prevádzku, dohľad nad implementáciou riešení od viacerých dodávateľov a vlastný vývoj. Kedysi programoval v Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, UML, Visual Paradigm, OpenShift, Kafka, Elastic, Kibana, Cisco CCNA certified, JIRA, Confluence, ale hovorí, že ho viac baví byť konzultantom, architektom a podporovať tím vývojárov. Je zvyknutý pracovať v agilnom prostredí, prešiel aj líniovým manažmentom a viedol tím do 15 ľudí. Napriek tomu si rád udržiava technickejšiu úroveň práce. Komunikácia v angličtine mu nerobí problém a nebráni sa ani medzinárodným projektom.
