Kandidát je skúsený architekt s takmer 15-ročnými skúsenosťami ako podnikový architekt, architekt riešení a architekt integrácie. V IT však pôsobí už viac ako 25 rokov. V súčasnosti je vlastníkom architektúry riešenia IoT, ktoré používa Škoda na pripojenie automobilov. Zabezpečuje napríklad integráciu služieb. V minulosti zastupoval spoločnosť Oracle na rôznych konferenciách. Má skúsenosti s technológiami TOGAF, Oracle Cloud, SOA, Java, BPM, databázami a predpredajom. Hovorí plynule anglicky, keďže viedol niekoľko školení v angličtine, a ovláda aj nemčinu. Okrem toho má aj základné znalosti ruštiny. Uprednostňuje dlhodobé projekty v trvaní minimálne jedného roka.
