Kandidát pracuje ako vývojár v systéme Pega už takmer 8 rokov. V súčasnosti pracuje na projekte Pega pre poisťovňu. Je zodpovedný za riešenie problémov s krytím všetkých poistení v prípade nehôd. Pracuje so systémom Pega 8.5 a využíva aj všetky funkcie Rega, ako je napríklad integrácia. Je zvyknutý pracovať v agilnom a vodopádovom prostredí. Vo svojej predchádzajúcej funkcii získal skúsenosti s mentorovaním a výučbou juniorského tímu vývojárov. Hovorí plynule anglicky a vie čítať a trochu rozumie holandsky.
