HR Manager

Uchádzač má takmer 20 rokov skúseností v oblasti ľudských zdrojov, pričom 10 rokov pracoval v oblasti IT. Jej hlavnou náplňou práce bola najmä podpora interných klientov, každodenná komunikácia s klientmi a poskytovanie personálneho poradenstva, výber, prezentácia a nábor vhodných kandidátov, konzultačná činnosť v oblasti HR procesov a realizácia jednotlivých projektov. Also responsible for HR data consolidation, reporting, and analyzing trends to develop innovative programs and policies.

Talent Development / Acquisition Manager (September 2016 - December 2017): Cooperated on the development and implementation of the HR strategy, set up the role of HR business partner in the company, and led a team of 2 HR business partners and 10 recruiters/researchers. Also designed the company's recruitment strategy and collaborated on international projects.

Talent Acquisition Manager / National TA Coordinator (November 2014 - August 2016): Set up the recruitment department, developed a recruitment strategy, and led a 10-member team. Also established recruitment cooperation between sites and implemented new recruitment software.
