Kandidát je vývojár, ktorý má viac ako 10 rokov komerčných skúseností s programovaním v jazyku Java. Väčšinou sa zameriava na jadro jazyka Java, Spring, Hibernate, služby REST/SOAP a webové služby API. Viac sa zameriava na vývoj backendu. Má skúsenosti s objektovo orientovaným programovaním, návrhom, databázami a analýzou. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky, ako sú Scrum a Kanban. Nemá problémy s komunikáciou v angličtine. V minulosti pracoval aj ako Team Leader, keď viedol 6-členný tím vývojárov.
