Project Manager & Scrum Master

Kandidát je Scrum Master, ktorý je na tejto pozícii už 3 roky. Má na starosti tím 8 vývojárov, v ktorom zodpovedá za implementáciu agilných princípov, mentoring, koučing, nastavenie procesov, KPI, míľnikov, školenie kolegov, prezentáciu návrhov tímom a manažmentu. Rád nasadzuje Scrum, ale má skúsenosti aj s používaním Kanban. V minulosti pracoval v bankovom prostredí a 2 roky pôsobil aj ako vývojár. Zastával aj pozíciu projektového manažéra, a keďže ho baví riadiť a koordinovať vlastný tím, nemá problém sa tejto úlohy ujať aj v budúcnosti. Nemá problém komunikovať v angličtine a rozumie aj nemecky (ale nie na profesionálnej úrovni). Na predposlednom projekte operatívne viedol viac ako 100 ľudí.

• Maintain release roadmap and ensure releases are delivered on time and meet expectations.
• Negotiate, plan, and manage all release activities.
• Drive merging and branching strategy and introduce CI and CD.

2017 – 2019: Release Manager

• Implement agile principles and lead transformation towards CI and CD.
• Create and maintain release plan and map technical dependencies.
• Act as a scrum master, providing servant-leadership to a development team.
• Remove impediments and increase team efficiency.
• Define and implement metrics and guide the company using agile and lean principles.

2016 – 2017: Release and Configuration Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and manage releases with corporate group teams and customers.
• Improve processes and automate tasks.
• Set up and implement CMDB and related interfaces.

2011 – 2016: DevOps Release Manager

• Act as manager on duty, taking responsibility for operational issues.
• Drive resolution of major incidents and manage 2nd and 3rd level operations.
• Coordinate and cooperate with project managers and manage IT projects.
• Manage escalation process, metrics, reporting, and daily operation management.
