Uchádzač je projektovým manažérom už viac ako 2 roky, ale predtým pracoval aj na nižších pozíciách v spoločnosti, kde pôsobí už dlhší čas, a preto pozná viac procesov v organizácii. Začínal aj ako zástupca projektového manažéra (3 mesiace) a teraz ako projektový manažér riadi tím 30 ľudí. Jeho anglický jazyk je pokročilý (plynulý).
