Kandidát je skúsený aplikačný inžinier. V komerčnej praxi pôsobí už 20 rokov. Jeho hlavnou náplňou práce je - návrh sieťovej infraštruktúry a internetových pripojení, inštalácia a konfigurácia serverov a počítačov, správa celého systému - IT outsourcing. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum. Je schopný komunikovať v anglickom jazyku na úrovni písania a čítania.

1.9.1998 - 30.10.2004: IT Specialist, DMZ Administrator (Company 1) As the primary DMZ administrator, I managed around 30 HP Proliant servers with Windows 2000 and 2003, including Exchange 2003, ISA Server, RAS Server, MS SQL, IIS, DNS, and fax server. I also managed the main Windows domain with approximately 70 domain controllers at L3 level. During my time at Slovak Telekom, I successfully completed several system migrations from Windows NT 4.0 to Windows 2000 and then to Windows 2003, as well as Microsoft Exchange migrations from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000 and then to Exchange 2003.

1.11.2004 - 30.10.2008: IT Manager (Company 2) As an IT Manager at BTG Slovensko, I was responsible for server, computer, printer, and network management. I managed 10 servers with Windows 2003, Active Directory, Exchange 2003, and SQL Server 2000, supporting 90 users. I also worked as a project manager and programmer for the development and implementation of web applications using ASP and MS SQL. Additionally, I designed and configured VPN networks using MikroTik technology for interconnecting multiple branches.

1.11.2008 - 30.9.2016: IT System Administrator (Company 3) At RKM Servis, I provided network infrastructure design, internet connectivity, server and computer installation and configuration, and overall system administration as part of IT outsourcing services.

1.10.2016 - Present: Executive Director (Company 4) As the Executive Director of RKM Systems, my responsibilities include network infrastructure design, internet connectivity, server and computer installation and configuration, and overall system administration as part of IT outsourcing services. I have successfully completed several Windows Server and Exchange system migrations and have experience in applying group policies and deploying automatic updates for Windows systems. I also have experience in web application development using ASP, PHP, and databases such as MS SQL and MySQL, as well as Linux server administration and router and firewall configurations.

16.3.2015 - 31.8.2017: Contract (Company 5) During my contract at Lumière Corporation, I managed servers on Hyper-V virtualization technology, implemented applications (.NET, MS SQL 2008, and MS SQL 2012), and managed the network and network devices (NAS, routers, printers). I also provided support for Office 365 and worked on the SKPAY project, a loyalty card system for a postal bank, involving Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and MS SQL 2012 cluster.

1.9.2017 - Present: Contract (Company 6) In my current contract at Instarea, I manage servers on virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware, implement applications (.NET, MS SQL 2008, MS SQL 2012, and MS SQL 2014), and manage the network and network devices (NAS, routers, printers). I also provide support for Office 365 and work on the MarketLocator project, a targeted mobile marketing system based on geolocation, using Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and MS SQL 2012 and MS SQL 2014 databases.
