Uchádzač je projektový manažér s takmer 3-ročnou praxou. Začínal ako vývojár pre Android a iOS ešte počas školy. Postupne prešiel na pozíciu architekta a nakoniec PM. Na súčasnej pozícii je zodpovedný za všetok kontakt s klientmi. Vytvára špecifikácie, spracováva s klientom až do polofinálneho stavu. Komunikuje ohľadom prototypov, plánuje vývoj, prideľovanie rozpočtu a dohliada na termíny. Má skúsenosti s Jira, Postman, Git. V súčasnosti pracuje s tímom 8 ľudí. Angličtinu používa denne, napríklad v písomnej komunikácii ju uprednostňuje pred slovenčinou, keďže veľa ich klientov je zo zahraničia.
