Kandidát je skúsený manažér testovania s viac ako 4-ročnou komerčnou praxou. Staral sa o celkové zabezpečenie a stratégiu projektu, riadil testy na začiatku projektu, pripravoval výstupy, dokumentáciu. Viedol niekoľko vedúcich tímov, na inom projekte viedol niekoľko tímov o 2-4 ľuďoch. Začínal ako tester, testoval najmä manuálne. Jeho angličtina je na komunikatívnej úrovni. Pracoval agilne so Scrumom.
