BI Analyst & DWH Developer

Pán Kandidát je odborník na údaje. Má viac ako 15 rokov skúseností, v súčasnosti riadi vlastnú spoločnosť, ktorá sa zaoberá dátami, databázami alebo BI. Má rozsiahle znalosti s databázami DWH alebo SQL a Oracle. Okrem iného má skúsenosti ako projektový manažér, teamleader, analytik alebo .NET developer. Je zvyknutý na agilné prostredie. Môže ponúknuť najviac skúseností z bankového sektora. Jeho znalosti anglického jazyka sú na pokročilej úrovni.

1. Role: Doer/Owner (since 2017) Description: Own company focused on business intelligence, delivering reporting systems and performance monitoring systems. Also involved in IT architectural projects and providing database solutions.

2. Role: EDWH Architect Description: Member of a new BI team, responsible for analyzing the current state of the EDWH project and proposing development and enhancements. Collaborated with internal and external teams, management, and internal clients.

3. Role: Oracle Senior Specialist Description: Senior specialist in IT operations availability management. Responsible for designing and implementing back-ends for new tools and reports. Primarily worked as a back-end analyst and developer.

4. Role: Handover Manager (Contractor) Description: Managed IT account managers responsible for IT vendors during the implementation of a new core banking system. Negotiated agreements and SLAs with vendors and prepared for the transfer of the new system from development to operations.

5. Role: MIS Team Leader Description: Managed the MIS department and led business intelligence enhancement efforts across the bank. Involved in implementing internal reporting, enhancing the data warehouse, and providing report support for decision makers.
