UX UI Designer

Kandidát je skúsený programátor. HTML/CSS, Java script , Libraries 7 rokov praxe, PHP beckend 6 rokov a designe 5 rokov praxe. Má dvojročné skúsenosti s riadením tímu, v súčasnosti vedie tím 9 programátorov. Ovláda anglický jazyk slovom aj písmom. Zameriava sa hlavne na veľké a dlhodobé projekty s množstvom dát (hlavne finanč. softvér, telco podpora).

Nový nástup UI/UX 18.1.2019 Kandidát je skúsený UI/UX dizajnér. UI sa venuje už pomerne dlhú dobu 11 rokov a UX približne 7 rokov. Pracoval aj ako webdizajnér, tvoril webové stránky, vybudoval niekoľko dizajnérskych tímov. Na aktuálnom projekte vedie tím 12 frontend developerov, takže pozícia Team lead by mu určite vyhovovala. Z agilných metodík pozná Scrum a má v ňom certifikát.

2007 - Now: Designer & Team Lead Working as an external consultant for insurance and investment management solutions, delivering design thinking and UX oriented trainings.

10.2018 - 05.2020: Principal Consultant, Designer, Team Lead Promoted to Principal Consultant level, worked on a client assignment with a Swiss bank, analyzing existing solutions, proposing new user flows and processes, and defining design system templates and components.

09.2016 - 09.2018: Senior Consultant, UI/UX Designer, Team Lead Participated in various fin-tech oriented projects in re-insurance companies, banks, and financial institutions, focusing on analysis, wireframing, design, front-end architecture, and delivery.

01.2015 - 08.2016: UI/UX Designer, Architect Designed a new user interface with tailored user experience and new front-end architecture for a cloud-based document management system.

10.2013 - 12.2015: Senior Analyst, XD Capability Lead Led a small team focused on bringing aesthetics and usability into enterprise applications.
