DevOps Engineer

Skúsený Devops inžinier, ktorý je na tejto pozícii už viac ako 10 rokov v komerčnej praxi (predtým sa táto pozícia ešte nenazývala Devops, ale robil tam to isté). Je zvyknutý vykonávať úlohy vývoja, testovania aj devops na jednej pozícii. Vývoj robil v jazykoch Python, C, Ruby, Shell a Go lang. Najviac skúseností má s Kibana/Influx/Kafka na platforme K8S a IIB. Pre tieto platformy ponúka aj podporu L2 a L3. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva aglinické metodiky, najmä Scrum a Kanban. Je zdatný v komunikácii v anglickom jazyku. Pracoval aj ako vedúci tímu, kde mal na starosti malý tím vývojárov.

Prague, Czech Republic: DevOps/Test Analyst, May 2016 – October 2018

• Developed and managed a large-scale data cluster using ELK-stack/docker/ansible and Linux for efficient log search, analytics, and easy deployment of cluster/nodes on demand.
• Conducted testing and debugging for internal applications (37+).

Prague, Czech Republic: SRE (Site Reliability Engineer), October 2018 – Present

• Extensive work with Kibana, Influx, and Kafka on K8S and IIB platform.
• Partial automation and utilization of UCD (UrbanCode Deploy) through UCD's API and Go.
• Automated daily tasks and improved processes effectively.
• From January 2020 to September 2020, collaborated with various teams to migrate all IIB environments to new hardware, including the creation of development, testing, and production environments from scratch.
• Since September 2020, part of the Platform team, focusing on enhancing the CI/CD pipeline and providing L2/L3 support for platforms such as IIB, WSO2, CI/CD pipelines, and K8s.
