Kandidát je skúsený PHP programátor ( 12 rokov ), ktorý má veľmi dobré znalosti s Java 8 rokov, Phyton 4 roky a Nette framework 6 rokov. Má tiež skúsenosti so Scrumom a 7-8 rokov skúseností s extrémnym programovaním. Nominálne je v pozícii vedúceho tímu a vidí sa v nej aj v budúcnosti. Angličtinu ovláda na komunikatívnej úrovni.
