Kandidát je vývojár, ktorý má viac ako 5 rokov skúseností s programovaním v PHP, z toho približne 1,5 roka v rámci Symfony. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum. Bez problémov komunikuje v angličtine - bol členom aj zahraničných tímov. Na projekte nepreferuje vývoj e-shopu, skôr ho zaujíma spracovanie dát v reálnom čase a vývoj hardvéru. S kolegom rozbiehal aj startup, kde viedol tímy 3-4 vývojárov.
