I developed a Java application that allowed users to flagify their Facebook profile photos. The app was hosted on a Tomcat server running on an Ubuntu machine. I faced some challenges with compatibility between Spring Facebook and the Facebook API, but was able to resolve them. However, the site is no longer running.
