Kandidát je mladý vývojár, ktorý má 1,5 roka skúseností s programovaním v Angulare 2 a Node.js. Už takmer rok aktívne používa agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum. Nemá problém komunikovať v angličtine, ovláda aj základy francúzštiny. Jeho preferovanou oblasťou práce je bankovníctvo a umelá inteligencia. Ako vedúci tímu zatiaľ nepracoval.

• Ďalšie postrehy z rozhovoru - v súčasnosti dokončuje projekt. Je mu jedno, či ide o krátkodobé alebo dlhodobé projekty. Uprednostňuje prácu v oblasti strojového učenia. Nechce robiť len Team leadera, chce sa venovať aj vývoju.

Kandidát je full stack developer so 4 rokmi komerčných skúseností v Angular, Java a Python. Používa tiež Javascpript, SQL, Hibernate a NODE.JS. Je tiež zbehlý v strojovom učení. Pri svojej práci využíval Scrum a komunikácia v anglickom jazyku mu nerobí problém. Pracoval aj ako Team leader, viedol tím 2 ľudí na 2 rôznych projektoch.
