Kandidát je skúsený programátor, ktorý programuje v jazyku Java už viac ako 20 rokov v komerčnej praxi. Medzi jeho najpoužívanejšie technológie/frameworky patria - Java, J2EE, CDI, EJB, JPA, relačné databázy, REST API, webclients, websockets, JTA, JMS, Bean Validation, Interceptors, Security, JAX-RS, JSON-P, JSON-B, JCache, Servlet, JSF, Javascript. Posledných 8 rokov pracoval na systémoch v oblasti hazardných hier, online hazardných hier a stávkovania - budoval systémy, ktoré dokážu prijať tisíce požiadaviek za sekundu a pracovať až s 20 000 klientmi súčasne. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum a Kanban. Bez problémov komunikuje v angličtine a dokumentáciu zvládne aj v nemčine.

2009 - Present: Freelancer

• Developed Java web and business components, optimized domain data models, and designed web management interfaces.
• Created integration and management services for projects.
• Provided configurations for application servers, designed deployment units, and implemented support for load-balancing and clustering.
• Led the upgrade process of a large enterprise application from J2EE/Spring/WebLogic to JavaEE6/JBoss-7.1 and then to JavaEE7/JavaEE8 on WildFly-10/WildFly-14/WildFly-17.

1999 - 2009: Java EE Developer
