Kandidát je skúsený programátor, ktorý programuje v jazyku Java už viac ako 12 rokov v komerčnej praxi. V jazyku Java naprogramoval niekoľko aplikácií - monitorovanie prognóz, aplikácie na podporu zákazníkov v maloobchode, softvér pre bezpečnostný a zdravotnícky sektor a niekoľko ďalších. Medzi jeho najpoužívanejšie technológie patria - JAVA, JS, Tomcat, Spring, Hibernate DB2, MSSQL, JasperReports, DDLUtils, jQuery, Prototype, JSF, JSP, Struts. Má tiež skúsenosti s písaním streamovacích procesorov a konfiguráciou Kinesis. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky Scrum a Kanban. Realizoval aj menšie projekty v PHP (tvorba nástroja na automatický zber údajov z viacerých webových stránok) a Android, ale rád by pracoval predovšetkým v Jave. Pracoval aj ako architekt jazyka Java. Je zvyknutý na spoluprácu na diaľku a robí ju už viac ako 4 roky pre viacerých klientov. Dokáže bez problémov komunikovať v angličtine.
