Java Developer

Spoločnosť First Data kúpili nejakí Američania, prišla koruna, zbavujú sa ľudí alebo ich dávajú na neplatené voľno. Kandidát dostal neplatené voľno na 4 týždne, má príkaz do konca júna, potom sa môže predĺžiť. Projekt sa mu až tak nepáči, myslí si, že je pomalý a uvažuje, že nepodpíše. Má zmluvu s agentúrou, kde má 3 mesiace výpovednú lehotu, ktorá má zmluvu s nejakou spoločnosťou, ktorá je dodávateľom First Data. First Data mu má dať najneskôr 45 dní pred koncom zákazky vedieť, či ju predĺži (čo je v polovici mája). Okrem toho si myslí, že v agentúre pracuje veľmi seriózny človek, takže si nemyslí, že by ho tam zmluvne držali 3 mesiace, ak by chcel odísť, ale bude to riešiť, keď sa o to bude ČSOB zaujímať. Tiež povedal, že chcel byť na projekte do jesene a potom ísť na dlhšie obdobie do zahraničia, ale korunka mu v tom zabránila minimálne na rok, takže sa dá očakávať, že možno bude chcieť odísť budúci rok.
