Kandidát je vývojár, ktorý má viac ako 8 rokov komerčných skúseností s programovaním v jazyku Java. Programoval v Java SE aj Java EE (Spring, RabbitMQ, Camel, jUnit, Selenium, Gherkin, Jenkins). Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum. Bez problémov komunikuje v angličtine, ale aj v ruštine. Skúsenosti má najmä z projektov v bankovom sektore, ale nie je to pre neho podmienkou. Má skúsenosti s vedením tímu, pozíciami architekta a analytika, ale najradšej pracuje priamo s kódom.
