Kandidát je skúsený vývojár v jazyku Java so 6 rokmi komerčných skúseností. Používa najmä rámce Hibernate a Spring Java a má rozsiahle skúsenosti s operačným systémom Linux. Posledných 2 a pol roka sa okrem vývoja venuje aj DevOps. Z databáz pracuje s jazykmi SQL, Oracle alebo DB2 a ďalšími. Napriek tomu, že front-end nie je jeho primárnym zameraním, má skúsenosti aj s JavaScriptom, keď písal automatizované testy v tomto jazyku na front-endové aplikácie. Má skúsenosti s prácou na novom aj starom kóde, ako aj s analýzou, implementáciou a písaním technických inštrukcií, keďže pracoval na projektoch s komplexným zadaním. Je dobrým tímovým hráčom, pre ktorého je pozitívom spolupráca a hľadanie spoločných riešení, ako aj školenie a mentorovanie mladších kolegov.
