Kandidát je seniorný vývojár, ktorý programuje v jazyku Java už viac ako 8 rokov v komerčnej praxi na frontende aj backende (fullstack). Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum a Kanban. Dokáže komunikovať v angličtine a rozumie jej, ale nevie viesť niektoré zložitejšie dialógy.
