Javascript Developer & React Developer

Kandidát je skúsený frontend developer, ktorý od roku 2014 programuje rôzne mobilné aplikácie v React Native a nedávno začal programovať frontend v Reacte. Na svojom predposlednom projekte robil vývoj webovej aplikácie pre platformu chatovej podpory Smartsupp, pričom sa podieľal na celom procese vývoja od brainstormingu až po návrh, implementáciu, testovanie a konečné nasadenie. Medzi ďalšie projekty patrí - www.snaptaskapp.com - kde vybudoval platformu na backendovom API napísanom v Ruby on Rails a mobilnú aplikáciu napísanú pomocou React-Native. Tinder - najpopulárnejšia aplikácia na spoznávanie nových ľudí na svete s viac ako 50 miliónmi aktivovaných používateľov mesačne. Vytvoril komplexnú, interaktívnu mobilnú marketingovú vstupnú stránku pre nové trhy o tom, ako používať aplikáciu Tinder na zoznamovanie v krajinách mimo USA. Návrhy boli komplexné s množstvom css animácií a videí, ktoré bolo potrebné škálovať. Prostredníctvom partnerstva s cestovnou kanceláriou Kiwi vytvoril aplikáciu, ktorá umožňuje hosťom poslať virtuálny kľúč, ak sa rozhodnú zostať v ich apartmáne. Tento kľúč umožňuje hosťom odomknúť dvere pomocou mobilného telefónu. Ide o PWA (progresívnu webovú aplikáciu) s možnosťami offline vytvorenú pomocou Reactu, klienta Apollo a GraphQL na backende. Má skúsenosti aj s ďalšími technológiami, ako napríklad - Jest, Webpack, Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Smart TV/OTT a webový dizajn. Bez problémov komunikuje v anglickom jazyku, ktorý denne využíval (má dokonca dvojité občianstvo - ČR - USA). Vo svojej práci takmer vždy pracuje agilne - Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence. Venuje sa aj interaktívnym lekciám a modernému webovému vývoju.

03/2017 – current: Frontend Developer

• Developed a Progressive Web App (PWA) called Beep & Sleep in partnership with Kiwi.com, allowing guests to unlock their room doors using a virtual key sent to their phones. Built with React, Apollo Client, and GraphQL.
• Released a new version of Minted's card builder web app using React, TypeScript, and GraphQL. Worked in San Francisco for a month to assist the frontend team.
• Created a complex marketing landing page for Tinder's international markets, focusing on internationalization and featuring CSS animations and videos.
• Led a team of 4 developers to release The People Walker, a unique app for finding walking partners, using React Native.
• Provided expert advice on React and helped solve performance issues for Global Traffic Technologies.
• Worked as a full-stack developer for StackShare, building new designs for their website using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Developed Curatr, a social network app written in React, but eventually discontinued due to financial reasons.
• Presented technical talks, taught non-technical individuals about software development, and participated in sales calls as a senior developer at STRV.

03/2016 – 03/2017: Web Developer

• Built a web application for the Smartsupp chat support platform using React.js and Redux.
• Developed features such as team management, support agent customization, payment integration, and multilingual support.
• Provided translation and English copywriting for Smartsupp and Smartlook software platforms.

06/2014 – 03/2016: Freelance Web Developer (Czech Republic)

• Created the platform for Snaptaskapp, including a backend API in Ruby on Rails and mobile applications using React Native.
• Developed business websites for Delta Capital, a Prague-based investment firm, and a hardware control web interface for Netio using React.js.
• Built a soccer team building application using JavaScript and React, and designed customer emails and surveys for Kyck.
• Developed a real-time web-based dashboard application for Global Process Automation to view and control factory floor equipment remotely.
