Starý záznam Pán je testovací analytik so 6 až 7-ročnou praxou. Ovláda anglický jazyk a je zbehlý v technickej oblasti. Rád sa sústredí na svoju prácu a úlohy plní v stanovených termínoch. Chcel by sa viac uplatniť v oblasti telco a bankovníctva, kde má najviac skúseností. Má skúsenosti so skriptovaním v jazykoch Java, Python. Stretol sa s agilnými metodikami, ale nepoužíval ich na dennej báze. Uprednostňuje prácu v tíme. V budúcnosti sa vidí na pozícii TL.

Väčšinu času testoval manuálne a robil analýzu, ale posledný polrok testuje aj automatizovane (Selenium webdriver). Má tiež skúsenosti s vývojom v rôznych programovacích jazykoch - Python, SQL, PHP, JavaScript (jQuery). Pri svojej práci aktívne využíval agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum a Kanban. Komunikácia v anglickom jazyku mu nerobí žiadne problémy. V minulosti viedol tím 3 vývojárov/testerov na projekte, ktorý dokázal riadiť na mieste aj na diaľku.
