Kandidát je tester, ktorý má skúsenosti s manuálnym aj automatizovaným testovaním, ale nepíše vlastné automatizované testy. Pracoval tiež s rôznymi databázami a má stredne pokročilé znalosti jazyka SQL. Vie programovať len jednoduché kódy HTML. Robí aj rôzne školenia používateľov na projektoch, dokumentáciu a podporu. V komunikácii v angličtine je na pokročilej úrovni a ovláda aj základy španielčiny.
