Automation Tester & Manual Tester

Kandidát je tester, ktorý má komerčné skúsenosti s manuálnym a automatizovaným testovaním už 3,5 roka. Má za sebou aj prepisovanie testov zo Selenia do Cypressu, ktoré boli pôvodne v SOAP. Pri svojej práci aktívne využíva agilné metodiky, najmä Scrum. Dokáže komunikovať v nemčine a angličtine, ale uprednostňuje projekty, kde sa používa najmä čeština. Na svojom poslednom projekte bola Team Leader, viedla 4-členný tím testerov.

   Conducted manual and automated testing using the Selenium platform with Protractor. Ensured functionality compliance with customer requirements. Implemented software into organizations, optimizing processes. Provided customer support and resolved requests.

   Led a team of customer service representatives, providing support, consultation, and customer care.

   Performed testing of customer service levels and followed predetermined scenarios.
