Kandidát má 5 rokov skúseností ako tester a viac ako 3 roky skúseností v oblasti analýzy testov. Teoreticky pozná Scrum a nemal by problém s projektom, kde sa používa. Písomná angličtina mu nerobí problém, ale potreboval by zlepšiť ústnu angličtinu. Na svojej poslednej pozícii riadil malý tím ľudí a zaujíma sa o bankový sektor.
