Uchádzač pracuje v oblasti zabezpečenia kvality 14 rokov. Posledných 11 rokov bol vedúcim a manažérom. V budúcnosti chce pokračovať v pozíciách manažéra QA alebo vedúceho oddelenia QA. V minulosti viedol tímy 10 až 25 testerov. Ideálnou pozíciou by bolo navrhnúť a vybudovať oddelenie QA od základov a potom ho riadiť. Pracuje agilným spôsobom, kde pri väčších projektoch využíva Scrum a pri menších Kanban a občas sa stretáva s vodopádmi. Má zhruba 13 rokov skúseností v maloobchode, ale nebráni sa ani iným odvetviam.

Responsible for performance reviews, capacity planning, resourcing, hiring, training, and team structure. Coordinated with off-shore teams and other QE managers globally.
