Kandidát je tester, ktorý má 5 rokov komerčných skúseností ako tester a 3 roky skúseností ako vedúci testovania. Pripravoval a vytváral najmä testovacie scenáre, robil analýzy, pracoval na systémových a integračných testoch, testoval mobilné aplikácie. Viedol tiež tím 4 juniorských testerov, mal na starosti nábor ľudí. Pracoval v agilných Scrum aj Kanban tímoch. Angličtinu ovláda na komunikatívnej úrovni, ale nepoužíva ju často.
