Uchádzač pracuje ako tester posledné 2 roky a má skúsenosti s testovaním z predchádzajúcich zamestnaní. Doteraz robila manuálne testovanie, ale veľmi rada sa naučí aj automatizované testovanie. Pracovala aj ako manažérka testovania na niekoľkých projektoch, kde bola zodpovedná za prípravu plánu testovania, mala na starosti organizačnú zložku, monitorovanie postupu a prípravu akceptačných dokumentov. Má tiež skúsenosti s analýzou požiadaviek, ich identifikáciou a komunikáciou s dodávateľmi v súvislosti s cieľmi. Spomedzi technológií využívala TFS, Jira alebo Confluence, ako aj agilné metodiky. Angličtinu ovláda na dobrej komunikačnej úrovni, keďže ju využíva pri svojej práci.
