Kandidát je skúsený tester, ktorý má 6 rokov skúseností v oblasti obchodu. Testuje hlavne manuálne, ale učí sa základy automatizovaného testovania, pozná integračné testy v jazyku C#. Približne rok pracuje ako manažérka testov, vedie tím 3 ľudí. Na čítanie dokumentácie používa angličtinu a pri písaní by sa potrebovala dostať do komunikácie. Z agilných metodík pozná Scrum.
