Martin je skúsený tester so 7-ročnou praxou v komerčnej oblasti. Venuje sa najmä manuálnemu testovaniu, ale vytvára aj vlastné testy, ktoré potom automatizuje. Pracuje s nástrojmi ako Jira a Spira. Má tiež skúsenosti s analýzou testov a so všetkými projektmi. Vytvoril a upravil testovacie dáta. Riešil predložené zmeny, vytváral požiadavky a upravoval starý kód. Z agilných metodík pozná Scrum a je certifikovaný v Scrume. Jeho angličtina je na komunikatívnej úrovni, ale časom sa potrebuje dostať späť na túto úroveň. Uprednostňuje dlhodobejšie projekty.
