Kandidát je inžinier QA s 9-ročnou komerčnou praxou v oblasti QA. Pracoval ako tester, inžinier QA, vedúci inžinier QA a architekt, takže má skúsenosti na všetkých úrovniach QA. V súčasnosti pracuje na kombinovanej pozícii vedúceho inžiniera QA a architekta testov, pričom pracovné zaťaženie je rozdelené 50 na 50.
