Kandidát je skúsený analytik s viac ako 10-ročnou praxou. Počas svojej kariéry pracoval aj ako obchodný architekt a architekt riešení. Jeho angličtina je veľmi dobrá, takže komunikácia a čítanie technickej dokumentácie mu nebudú robiť najmenšie problémy. Z agilných metodík pozná Scrum, ktorý použil takmer na každom projekte. Ako vedúci tímu sa určite vidí, ale personálne otázky by nerád riešil.
